Unifier support credits enable you to commission Second Places to implement your custom Unifier requirements.
Requirement requests can be raised at any time by Second Places Unifier customers with a live Unifier deployment utilising Second Places online ticketing system. We will only start working on the requirement after you have authorised us to do so and you have purchased the required amount of support credits.
